yo!

i'm in camp right now, and was really fighting it out with the devil. and let me tell u sth, confessing God's promises is really one powerful weapon. just now, i was so filled with guilt abt sth i did today, i felt so trap. i was so "emo". i told my friend. she told me to confess God's promises. even before she tell me, i rmbr pastor telling us about this and stuff, but at that point in time, i really needed someone to tell that to me. anyway, i started to confess God's promises, and the moment the first promise left my lips, i felt so freed! so happy. the joy of the Lord filled me. and i can't stop confessing His promises, bringing them into my life by faith :D was so happy! that's the power of God's promises, that He's able to set the captives free :)

anw, that wasn't what i wanted to share. i wanna share something that i'm sure all knows well, but may serve as a good encouragement :) that when you're doing your best, and the devil seems to be throwing his everything at you, it may be a good sign, for it make sense for the devil to do that if you're going to achieve great things thru this! for if you're doomed for failure, what for the devil waste his time to disturb u?

and indeed, when all things seems to be falling apart, even though you're walking closely with God and keeping God's words and doing your best, don't lose heart. for His plans for you are higher, and that thru these temporary trials may you receive eternal rewards :) character, preseverence, patience etc.. :) let's all continue to run this race with preseverence, for the prize of the higher calling of God thru our Lord Jesus. :)

~for we live by faith and not by sight.~
faith is not just something we use in case of an emergency. faith is something that we live our lives with. let's live by faith, not just use faith when needed, but use faith even on things that doesn't seem to require it! :) have faith for more :D

rmbr the three things about faith
1. faith is what connects us to God
2. faith can turn the negative around
3. faith frames our future

let's really begin to live by faith and not by sight, living our lives in faith :D
